But is been raining almost every single day so I can’t get outside to work on anything. I did get a gazing ball yesterday though and some plant markers. My grandma is also giving me some echinacea to throw in there. I might just have to start a whole other Tumblr page and just provide a link on this page for you guys to get there. We should be getting a few sunny days this week so I can get started getting pictures and more plants in the ground. If they stay in those plastic pots any longer they’re going to start dying.

So we have a wren nest on my deck and I check on the hatchlings every day. They grow so quick! Anyway, I have never seen a baby bird just look so pissy all the time. They’re adorable, but they just look so dang angry all the time! What is up with wrens? They’re tiny little fuzzy buttheads, but I love them. I’d love to hold one soon before they leave the nest.

I was on some sort of expedition thing with a team of all men to South America. We were going to study a temple ruin to find out what it was used for and why it was in the location that it was. It sat less than 100 yards from a pretty large body of water, it could have been a large lake or river. Our translator was killed early on by a large snake. As we continued, we were unaware that the temple was still in use by a native tribe. I remember them wearing some type of blue and white tunic. As we ran to try and find a place to hide (we assumed we would be killed if found), three of us were separated from the rest of the group. We tried to make an escape by going into the water, but we were spotted. I guess the natives thought that we came from the water and they stripped the three of us and started some type of ritual in which I was meant to have sex with both of the men with me, but it’s like we weren’t allowed to leave the water. Then I woke up.

It’s been one of those dreams where you just can’t shake the feeling you have about it. It was just so weird. I’ve never had a dream like that before. Does this sound familiar to anyone or did I just have a super weird dream?

I had a dream that a native South American tribe thought I was a sex goddess.

We’ve always had a garden, but I’m trying to make some positive changes in my life and I thought spending a ridiculous amounts of money on plants would be a great idea. :P I have to start finding ‘theraputic’ outlets for stress and what not so I thought hey, I like herbs, they like me, I like tans, I need the vitamins, so why not? And hopefully this will give other people some inspiration. I think it’s just one of those things that you really have to make sure you set time aside for. I have trouble getting my butt out there everyday, but I always feel really good when I do, even if I’m just pulling weeds or raking.

I’ve got a new link coming for you soon. I don’t know what to call it yet, but it’ll be a link to a page about my garden this year. I’ll log all of the plants I have, their names, and things you can use these plants for. YAY!

I have a little over 20 babies in my herb garden this year. I’m also going to build/buy a toad house and a fairy house. I’m looking into a bird bath and bench as well. I want to document it all for you guys! :D

I hope you guys are having an awesome Beltaine. I’ve been doing a little homework and pulling a lot of weeds to give our lily of the valley breathing room. Now mom is grilling pork chops and I have vanilla incense and a honeysuckle candle burning. It’s such a stunning day. I’ve been getting some serious sun and enjoying hanging out with the snails, bees, and our nest of newborn wrens.
